Tomato Buckets (and other good things)

Although it seemed a little neglected – imagine how great it would be if every  fenced sidewalk space in Brooklyn had one of these set ups. It was basically a teared system with herbs and 5 gallon buckets with about a 6″ diameter hole cut from the bottom, hangin with tomatoes out the bottom and basil on the top. The chemistry of tomatoes and basil make them good garden bed mates. One of the reasons this is so cool is because any watering that runs off the buckets goes to the herbs bellow. There was also a bunch of misc. planters to the right.

Garden an shiii 071A bit straggly but kinda super smart.
